Not Even Covid Kept CPK Campers Away

It’s been an unprecedented year, but Camp Pride Korea campers made the most of it and didn’t let a pandemic hold them back.

Although less than ideal with everyone wishing we were in-person, campers gathered every evening for camp week 2020 on Zoom to make an art project together, participate online in a drum and dance presentation, they took a Tae Kwon Do lesson, and even cooked Korean from the comforts of their own kitchens.

High Schoolers regrouped several times over the long winter for some fun and games. “Among Us” was the big hit.

The resilience of the campers, parents, and volunteers showed that the CPK community is strong and treasures the friendships they have and continue to forge. Looking forward to camp 2021!
