Volunteer

Camp Pride Korea depends on parents for camp to run smoothly. Please indicate all that you would be willing to help with on the registration form. Though all positions are volunteer assignments, we have tried to translate the volunteer hours into dollars to help reduce your camp fee. Assignments will be included in your confirmation letter.

Why is volunteering important?

  • Camp Pride depends entirely on parent volunteers and volunteers from the Korean-American community.
  • Volunteering provides opportunities to learn about Korea, share and befriend with other parents, Korean volunteers, and so much more. The campers love seeing their parents volunteering throughout the week.
  • Pre-K through 8th grade camp volunteer positions are on a first come, first serve basis. To volunteer please contact camp here.

What is my role as a parent?

  • Volunteer!  Volunteer!  Volunteer!
  • Support your campers by encouraging their participation in all activities.
  • Spread the word about Camp Pride with other families.
